What the app does
Rosacea is a chronic skin condition that can flare and remit. While there is no cure, consistent skincare and lifestyle choices help many people manage symptoms. Rosacea Diary provides a simple, private place to:
- Record daily routines and notes
- Track mood and possible triggers
- Log topical or oral medications
- Generate a shareable progress report
How to use it
- Add an entry: open the app and tap New Entry to log your day — mood, triggers, medications, and optional photo.
- Review trends: explore the Trends tab to see mood over time, frequent triggers, and medication distribution.
- Share a report: from Trends, export a 30–90 day report via the iOS share sheet for your dermatologist.
- Stay consistent: short, regular entries work best to understand patterns.
